Lindahl advises Seafire on the acquisition of Splendor Plant AB
Lindahl has acted as legal adviser to Seafire, a company group which acquires and develops companies in Sweden, in connection with the acquisition of the Nordic region’s leading wholesale plant nursery, Splendor Plant AB.
In conjunction with the acquisition of Splendor, Lindahl also advised Seafire in negotiations regarding an expanded and extended financing agreement with its existing bank.
Lindahl’s client Seafire is a company group consisting of the business segments Industrial components and Products, which acquires and develops companies in Sweden. The Company’s shares are listed on Nasdaq Stockholm.
Splendor Plant conducts production and wholesale operations and sells exclusively to professional customers such as landscapers, municipalities, plant retailers, wholesalers and housing companies.
The Lindahl team was led by Jan Byström and Joel Sunnerman and consisted of, among others, Viktoria Wnuk (M&A), Elsa Antonsson and Matilda Jusslin (Employment), Lisa Liljekvist (Data Privacy) as well as Henrik Schön and Adam Lindell (Financial Services).
