The law firm Lindahl has acted as legal adviser to Nabbabay AB in connection with the sale of Tergent AB to Limhamnshus Industri AB.
Since the 1960s, Tergent has developed effective and environmentally friendly chemical products for agriculture, green spaces, and the home and garden. Since its inception, the company has built up a strong market position within its segments in the Nordic market through high product quality, regulatory expertise and long-term sustainable solutions.
Limhamnshus Industri is a family-owned group of companies offering chemical products for surface treatment, cleaning and maintenance for both the consumer market and professional users in the construction and automotive sectors. Through this acquisition, Limhamnshus Industri is strengthening its offering in agriculture, green spaces, decontamination, and home and garden.
