Lindahl advises Boxon Group on acquisition of Vestbo Emballage
Lindahl has acted as advisor to Boxon Group AB in connection with the acquisition of Vestbo Emballage, carried out through its subsidiary Boxess i Värnamo AB. Vestbo Emballage is a family-owned packaging company based in Gnosjö that has been supplying packaging solutions and packaging materials to the manufacturing industry in southern Sweden since 1991.
The acquisition strengthens Boxon Group's presence in one of Sweden's most important manufacturing regions and expands the Group's ability to support customers with smart packaging solutions. Vestbo Emballage is known for its strong customer relationships, local presence and personal service – qualities that complement Boxess's operations well. Vestbo Emballage will continue to operate under its existing name for the time being.
Lindahl's team consisted of Viktor Wihlstrand, Vanessa Tellenmark and Dorothea Quist.
