Vanessa specialises in capital markets law and also has broad expertise in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), as well as contract and corporate law.
Vanessa advises public companies on capital raisings, listings, public takeover offers, and shareholders’ meetings. She also provides ongoing advice on matters relating to corporate governance, disclosure obligations, incentive programmes, and the application of the Market Abuse Regulation (MAR).
In addition, Vanessa has extensive experience in both domestic and cross-border transactions, assisting both buyers and sellers. She also has particular expertise in compliance and international regulatory frameworks, including export controls, sanctions, and foreign direct investments.
