Victory when Lindahl represented Ystad Municipality in high-profile padel dispute
Last week, the Ystad District Court announced its verdict in the civil case between Ystad Municipality and Nybrostrands Tennisklubb that has been going on for many years. The case concerned the club’s use of the municipality’s land for padel and other activities.
The municipality’s action for eviction was successful and the District Court ordered the tennis club to vacate the municipality’s land at its own expense and restore the site to an acceptable condition. The club will have six months to carry out the move after the ruling has gained legal force.
The club was also ordered to pay the municipality’s legal costs.
