Successful transfer of bankrupt business
Betongfabriken i Rånnesta AB was declared bankrupt on 9 November 2022. The company manufactured concrete products and primarily acted as a subcontractor to the construction industry. Manufacturing took place at the company's factory on its own site in Rånnesta outside Örebro, where there was a total of some 35 employees.
Having driven the business forward through continued manufacturing and sales, the receivers have sold both business and property to Ventyr Invest after an intensive tendering procedure.
The purchaser is a Jönköping-based investment company that is part of the Solidum Group. The aim of the acquisition is to continue to produce high quality at good prices and to utilise the knowledge and experience that has long been present in the factory. There is also a plan to introduce production of new products in response to market demand. More information about the acquisition and the operation can be found at Betongfabriken.com (in Swedish).
Lindahl's team consisted of Clas Rosdahl, Karin Sliwinska, Caroline Isulv Engblom and Kristina Ekman.
