Ottilia is a member of the Employment team and a member of the Commercial Dispute and Resolution team, with her main focus being employment law and employment law related disputes.
Ottilia advises clients on both contentious and non-contentious employment, pensions and incentives matters, her expertice spanning the entire employment lifecycle, from hiring to firing (including issues related to employment protection, work environment, discrimination, integrity and co-determination). In addition to advising clients on their day-to-day employment matters, Ottilia regularly assists clients in internal investigations, union consultations and disputes.
Ottilia has extensive experience in advising on employment and incentive matters arising in connection with large-scale cross-border transactions, restructurings, and reorganisations. Additionally, Ottilia possesses a deep knowledge of the regulatory framework governing remuneration in the Financial Services Sector.
