Mikael has a broad business law background with a key expertise in environment, energy and real estate law. He regularly advises clients on permit applications to environmental courts and other instances, particularly with respect to energy, infrastructure and water operations projects. In the energy sector he has long experience of regulatory questions and litigation concerning electricity, natural gas, oil and waste as well as matters concerning nuclear power and radiation. His practice areas also include other regulated markets including trade in energy and emission rights. He often works with management of environmental risks in conjunction with the transfer of companies and real estate. He is listed by Legal 500 and Chambers and the author of several legal articles as well as a book on energy law.
