Alexander Tham specialises in Swedish and international business law, with a particular focus on IT and Private M&A. Alexander serves as the chair of the firm's IT/Tech practice group and has extensive experience in the IT industry, both as an external advisor and as in-house counsel. Alexander also advises on matters relating to foreign direct investments (FDI) and export control.
