Christian works with marketing issues, and intellectual property rights, with particular focus on trademarks, design rights and copyright. He is also specialized in regulatory issues and compliance within various industries.
Christian has successfully represented clients before both Swedish courts and the EU Court of Justice. Christian has broad experience and deep understanding of different types of industries, primarily regarding food, FMCG, home furnishing, various tech areas as well as the automotive industry.
From time to time, Christian lectures in intellectual property law within the graphic design program at Malmö University. He is a member of the International Trademark Association (INTA).
Christian is ranked as Leading Associate by The Legal 500 since 2020 and as Rising Star by IP Stars since 2019.
